These Terms govern your use of the Auralis audio infrastructure service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secret. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Service

We provide the service on an "as available" basis. Concurrency, node, and rate limits apply per your plan and may be enforced automatically.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach, non-payment, or to comply with law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
